Is $11,000 to install two sump pumps with perimeter trenching and electrical work a fair price?

Project Details

I'm looking for second opinions on this quote. I spoke with a foundation guy about potentially putting two sump pumps in the crawl space of my home to deal with some minor ground water intrusion. Nothing super urgent, so I am not intent on moving crazy quickly on this. I'm wondering if anyone with experience here can tell me if that quote sounds reasonable or not.
