Is $7,000 to install a channel drain with a sump pump system a fair price?
Project Details
I have a detached garage with a downhill sloping driveway that causes rainwater to pool at the door and leak inside. I have tried replacing the door seal and adding plastic strips without success. My property is the low point of the neighborhood, so grading may not be an option.
