Is $8,000 to install a culvert and tie in a gutter drain a fair price?
Project Details
The city is dumping significant stormwater directly onto my property through a 12-inch culvert from a storm drain up the hill. This drain is on a tire shop's property and is fed by runoff from the city street. Additionally, a 4-inch gutter drain from a neighboring collision repair shop is just daylighted out the bank. All this water is severely eroding my yard. The city has apparently refused to do anything about it.
