Is $8,200 to install an Aquacal pool cooler a fair price?

I live in Houston, Texas, and it gets very warm, causing our pool to become a hot tub in the summer. I heard about pool chillers and am considering getting one. We have free electricity at night, so the thought is to run the chiller during those hours. I have two options and am looking for opinions on the pricing and unit/install. I also want to know if there's anything else I should consider before making a decision.
