Is $45,000 to resurface a concrete pool a fair price?
Project Details
I have noticed that my approximately 50-year-old giant concrete pool has some wear and tear, and some of the concrete has broken off or become rough where there is more activity (dark spots). I am wondering if this can be patched, as a quote for resurfacing in Sydney, Australia for $45,000 sounds like the cost of a new pool to me.
