Is $100 to perform a comprehensive pool system and chemistry check with filter and salt cell cleaning a fair price?
Project Details
I received an email from my pool company proposing an additional service for $100, which they recommend every 6 months. I'm questioning if these tasks should already be part of my regular weekly service and if the 6-month frequency is truly necessary. I was previously told the filter should be replaced every 12 months, which I thought was condition-dependent. My pool is screened and used year-round in Florida.
