Is $3,000 to replace pool cover with a meyco permaguard solid cover a fair price?

We purchased our home a few years ago and it came with an existing pool and meyco cover. The cover collapsed this winter and we are looking to replace. It was 25 years old. I am leaning towards Meyco because they have our plan and because the last one lasted 25 years.
