Is $4,000 to replace pool liner and wall a fair price?
Project Details
A tree fell in my pool, causing damage to the frame/wall. I initially thought the liner ripped, but after refilling, I didn't see any issues with water dropping, suggesting it was extreme evaporation. I'm wondering if the damaged frame/wall can be bent back into shape to extend the pool's life, as the quote for replacement is essentially for a new pool. My pool company is insisting on replacing the wall, and I'm asking if I can do this with the pool full or if I need to drain it, and if I can bend it back by hand without worrying about pool integrity.
