Project Details
I'm debating on adding a pool in my small yard, especially for the kids. I'm considering whether to build the pool or move to a house that already has one. Although I love my house, it's not my forever home, but I plan to stay for the next few years and want the kids to enjoy it before they get too big. I know there's not much ROI, but I believe it'll be worth it for the next five summers and might help the house sell faster later.
