I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my pool and hopefully get a reasonable quote for the job. This black mold/algae grows back quickly after cleaning, and my tenant says that though he's been cleaning the filter every other week, it stays cloudy. I'm looking for advice on whether the received quotes sound right and am open to any and all suggestions.
