Is $7,500 to refinish 900 sq ft of pool deck a fair price?
Project Details
I recently bought this house, and the pool deck is cracking and crumbling. I know we needed a new water stop seal when we bought the house, and I'm being told that if we plan to redo the deck, we should do it all at once since the water stop will be replaced at the same time. I was hoping for a lower price, but I'm not surprised. I noticed the water stop wasn't mentioned in the breakdown, even though it was discussed with the estimator. I'm wondering if it's always replaced when redoing a pool deck. I have not received the second quote yet.
