Is $30,000 to install a general metal roof with full tear off a fair price?
Project Details
I have a Victorian Frankenstein roof with a steep incline and lots of hips and valleys. The current roof has old cedar shake under multiple layers of asphalt. I am concerned about whether skip decking needs to be covered by full plywood or if a vapor barrier is sufficient in a cold climate.
