Is $19,000 to replace roof a fair price?
Project Details
I got three bids for replacing the roof. I selected a well-reviewed company that I had previously used for repairs, and two companies that I got after asking for referrals from friends/co-workers. All of the estimators gave what seemed to be good info (showed wear/damage, detailed options, etc.). Two of them inspected the attics (and found no issues), the lower priced one didn't. I am worried about the lower priced one.
