Is $1,075 to repair a pipe boot and remove a satellite dish bracket a fair price?
Project Details
We discovered an old water leak in our old 1890s house. Prior owners did a drop ceiling over the original plaster, so water had to work its way through all that and through the new ceiling before we spotted it. I’m very handy, ex-auto mechanic, but I have a ton of other projects right now. This one is a ‘pay for it this time, learn it later’ type of deal.
