Is $2,088 to repair and replace sagging gutters and add gutter guards a fair price?

There is a section of the gutters on the back of my house that is sagging and barely being supported at this point. My boyfriend thinks this is a very high quote but I didn't think it was too bad. I am planning to get at least one other quote as well.
