Is $1,150 to reinstall chimney flashing a fair price?
Project Details
We have a flat roof end terrace house with a roof that is around 12 years old. We've had some bad leaks in the recent heavy rain which we figured is coming from around the chimney where flashing appears inadequate. We were previously caught by cowboys for a repair on the opposite side of the roof.
