Is $24,000 to replace ~3800 sqft of roof with shingles a fair price?
Project Details
I need a reroof. I was quoted $24,000 for shingles and $68,000 for standing seam on approximately 3800 square feet of surface area. I thought the standing seam option would be less than $20,000 more than shingles. The layout of my roof is a bit non-standard.
