I live in Bakersfield CA. I got a home recently. Home inspector mentioned I would need a roof in 1-2 years. Realtor got me a roof certification from the buyer for 2 years. After 3 storms, I have pieces of shingles falling off my roof. Roof cert company hasn’t followed up. I called a different roof company for an estimate.
