Is $17,000 to replace roof with 50 year shingles and install new gutters a fair price?
Project Details
I noticed granules at my downspout after heavy rain. Three years ago, a roofer recommended replacement due to wind damage on the back side of the house. I received a $9,000 insurance payout after a long dispute where insurance initially claimed the roofer caused the damage. I have been checking the attic for leaks and haven't seen any yet.
