Is $60,000 to redo copper gutters, flashing, and replace roof tiles a fair price?

I have a 90 year old Tudor style house in Ohio. My chimney is 60 inches wide and lacks a cricket, which has caused flashing wear and leaks. My 90-year-old gutters are also in disrepair after the house was vacant. Tile roofs are uncommon here, limiting contractors. Most gutter contractors won't touch my gutters due to how they attach under the tiles. I'm considering switching to shingles or a metal roof, as clay is difficult to maintain, and I'm in Ohio with freeze/thaw cycles and heavy rain. I'm getting quotes for shingled and metal roofs next week. The company that provided this quote only works with copper gutters, which strap under the tiles. I'm wondering if I'm making a major mistake considering this quote.
