I paid $11,700 to replace my flat roof, which is 900 sqft and included 8 sheets of plywood, with a 10-year warranty. I'm wondering if this is overpriced, especially since my parents paid $8,000 for a 3,000 sqft sloped roof replacement. I called multiple companies, and the cheapest price I received was $10,000, with the highest being $30,000. I understand that flat roofs are a different system, but I'm not an expert in roofing and wasn't sure if what I paid or what was quoted is considered high or low.
