Is $6,500 to install 60ft of 1/8in pressed steel gutters and downspouts a fair price?

I live in a high cost of living (HCOL) mountain town where we get a lot of snow. Labor and construction prices have gone crazy here, so this quote seems higher than I hoped but is in line with the region. I'm finding it tough to get a comparison for 1/8 inch steel locally or online and am looking for others who have seen quotes for this material.
