Is $500 to repair a bent soffit a fair price?
Project Details
I noticed a bent piece of soffit on the side of my house about a week ago. I went to the attic to check and the insulation foam hasn't moved, and there's no light coming in from the exterior in that specific spot. My house is quite high, and while we found a ladder long enough, it might be dangerous to fix it in the dead of Canadian winter. I'm wondering if this is really worth fixing or if I should just keep an eye on it.
