Is $8,450 to install a motorized retractable awning a fair price?
Project Details
I live in a somewhat wealthier part of town and it’s not uncommon for contractors to up-charge by 30-50%. I thought this would be closer to $6-7k since there are no add-ons besides a warranty the sales guy added without my consent. Install is a straightforward into siding.
