Is $20,855 to install a 3.825 kW DC solar system a fair price?
Project Details
My current electrical bill is approximately $300. My average usage per month is 1,400kWh during winter and 2,000kWh during summer. I thought about adding a powerwall to charge during low hours and use it in connection with the solar during peak periods. I started the process with this quote, and while I understand the price is high, multiple other quotes were in line with this one, and this company is a super reputable local company. I've made sure we can proceed, and they've been moving fast, so I guess the longest part will be the permits. I plan to pay off the 20-year loan quickly.
