Is $54,900 to lease a 10.25 kW DC solar system a fair price?
Project Details
I am in Southern Connecticut and have found shopping for quotes difficult. I used to install solar as an electrician but am unsure about the advantages of this proposal. My total electricity consumption for the past 12 months was 13,176 kWh, and I paid $4,285.98 to United Illuminating. I don't want a high-interest loan for a $30k system; I'm just looking to lower my bill with no out-of-pocket cost. My roof has all-day south exposure, zero shade, and tons of flat usable space.
