Is $68,643 to install a 17.1 kWh solar system with battery backup a fair price?

I reside in MD and am considering having Lumina install. We frequently lose power (rural above ground lines), so my idea was to have a battery backup as opposed to a fossil fuel generator. I am out of my depth…but feel like if I’m going to move to solar, I need to move before prices really increase? I have a propane tank. I feel like I need to make a decision sooner rather than later bc of the tariffs.
