Is $5,000 to install a 48 kWh battery setup with 5 kW single-phase inverter a fair price?

I am looking for advice on a battery system. My house is three-phase, and I have a large ducted 3-phase Aircon that can easily pull more than 5 kW. The system offered includes a 5 kW single-phase inverter, which would replace my existing three-phase solar inverter. I am concerned about the limitations of a single-phase 5 kW inverter on a three-phase home, especially with my Aircon. I mentioned getting a larger 3-phase inverter (like an 8 kW or 10 kW unit), but they seem keen to keep me on the 5 kW single-phase one. I've been offered a really good deal for these batteries, but I think they're giving me a weird job on this inverter. I've asked them to upgrade to a three-phase inverter, which would obviously cost more, but they don't want to budge for some reason. I have a three-phase house and don't want to put a single-phase inverter in.
