Is $32,000 to install a 12.15 kW solar system with LONGi panels and Enphase IQ8+ microinverters a fair price?

I am looking for a review of these solar quotes and any insights on the companies. Sunny Mac mentioned that Longi panels are Chinese made and their panels are assembled in the USA, and I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
