Is $10,000 to remove and reinstall a 20-panel solar system a fair price?

Our house has a 20 panel system on the roof that was installed at the end of 2016. The roof is dual-peak, so the array is split into two 10-panel segments. Unfortunately, our roof needs to be replaced, which means the panels need to come off.
