Is $18,361 to install a solar panel system a fair price?

I need to do more research but this is the lowest quote I've gotten so far. I just wanted a more educated perspective. I'd really rather my offset be higher but I don't think there's much possibility of that given the way my roof is constructed. My taxes at a rough estimate should be like 19-20 so I think I'll clear the $7869 in rebates/credits. This is my third quote, and it's the cheapest I've seen this far. I will look into other quotes.
