Is $16,830 to install a 6.6 kw solar system with seg solar panels a fair price?

I am based in NJ and currently deciding between two solar installers. I have narrowed it down to these two options and wanted to get some input. Both companies have been very responsive and straightforward. I received over 10 quotes and these two were the best in my opinion.
