Is $4,500 to install 4 new motorized Roman shades a fair price?

I just bought a house that came with 4 motorized Roman shades. I hate the panel and wanted to repanel them. I am asking if there is any way to repanel these or anywhere I could go, as 3 Day Blind said entirely new blinds would be needed.
