Is $3,800 to install custom pleated window shades a fair price?
Project Details
I must get custom window treatments due to strange size windows. My home is not fancy, so it doesn't need top quality, but it doesn't have standard size windows. I just want off-white pleated shades. There are 2 oversized windows that are probably three times the size of a standard one. I also received an equally insane quote from HD.
