Is $6,000 to replace french doors in master bedroom a fair price?

I needed to replace french doors in our master bedroom. I found the initial quote for the doors seemed high, but after shopping around, other quotes were similar. The doors took 10 weeks to be ready. I'm frustrated with Sam (the door supplier) for the incorrect door dimensions and annoyed that Brian (the installer) didn't mention the issue before making adjustments, although he had already removed the old doors. I'm concerned if Brian's workaround will cause problems later or devalue my house. I want to discuss this with Sam and am considering pushing for a partial refund or a full replacement with paid reinstallation. I have a fairly nice house and prioritize balancing cost, craftsmanship, and longevity in home improvement work.
