Is $27,500 to remodel a bathroom a fair price?
Project Details
I do wish I went with a framed mirror for the aesthetic, but storage won over design as the chosen mirror has tons of storage. The old tub was 40 years old and disgusting, not tall enough for a bath, which was important to me. The wood in the old vanity was nearly rotting. I felt that keeping the tub and painting the vanity would have been superficial, so I saved up for years to do things the right way. I also acknowledge the high cost, but understand it's due to market rates in this expensive city.
