I’ve got a 0.5 bath that I’m looking to expand into a ‘full bath’ by converting an adjacent storage closet to a shower. I am not asking for anything fancy or extravagant; just a shower. I’m in Houston and in a ‘nicer’ area, so I assume there is some premium layered in that I just can’t avoid or from which I can run away. I can do things around the house but would not go as far as saying I’m handy, so I have to farm this out.
