Is $100,000 to build a 5x7 bathroom addition and upgrade the electrical panel a fair price?
Project Details
I want to enclose part of the front porch for a small functional bathroom. Utilities are nearby and the main sewer requires approximately 2 feet of concrete digging and 5-7 feet of dirt digging. I am in Los Angeles and felt this initial quote was shocking compared to average California square footage prices.
