Is $4,322 to mitigate water damage and reconstruct bathroom vanity area a fair price?
Project Details
Basically there was a leaky pipe under the sink and water sat/infiltrated the vanity over the course of a couple weeks. We cut a hole and the pics are what we saw underneath. This was a loose estimate and they told me a contractor would need to come out and reassess to get something more accurate, so maybe that’s why it’s off? (The first guy that came wasn’t the contractor, he was a water damage specialist who recommended replacing the vanity, then he had his manager or whoever send me the quote.)
