I bought this house a couple of years ago. The tiles are coming off the concrete floors on my porch, and the staircase is detaching from the deck. I'm trying to figure out if I should replace the steps with new wood or composite, replace the whole deck, or if there's a way to reapply the tiles and reattach the steps to the existing deck. My neighbor estimated $30,000 for new steps, which would be a significant expense for me.
