Is $39,425 to build an 8'x14' deck with a 4'x4' landing a fair price?
Project Details
I just got quoted $55k to build an 8x14 deck with stairs and I'm wondering if these prices are normal. I definitely need to rethink this or completely scrap the idea. I believe my project shouldn't cost more than $15k. I also learned that they won't warranty their work if it's treated boards. My guess is that they don't want to do the project or they just want very large projects.
