Is $2,400 to build a deck a fair price?

Project Details

I'm asking if $2,400 seems like a good price for this deck. It doesn't quite line up with the right side patio, and the flashing isn't finished, nor is the caulking.

Build a new deck (Good option)

- 2nd consultation for design and materials overview- 3D rendered imagery for detailed planning- site prep- build new substructure using premium select #1 treated lumber- helical pier footings- landscape fabric and crushed 3/4 clean stone under deck to help with water management- proper flashing at house to prevent future rot per IRB Code and add any additional flashing under door- deck ledger to be installed with Composite framing lumber to eliminate future rot- joist coating on top of every joist to preserve life of treated lumber- double 2x12 main beams- 6x6 support columns- blocking for picture frame boarder at deck perimeter- Composite decking ( Color TBD )- all hidden fasteners and screws- Black aluminum railing with black balusters- Color matched fascia- stairs to lower yard- zmaxx corrosion resistance hardware- blue prints, permits and inspections- proper site cleanup
