Is $2,250 to bring a paint scraper and belt sander to the hand railings and all of the floor deck boards and switch from staining to painting a fair price?
Project Details
I recently hired a contractor to help pressure wash and stain the deck for $1250 on my new house. When he was over to pressure wash, he realized that the previous owners used an awful spray paint or material that would not come off. It's a small deck and he spent 4 hours trying to pressure wash, but 90% of it is still there.
