Is $32,000 to rebuild a 16x20 elevated wood deck a fair price?
Project Details
I have a 16x20 deck overlooking the water that sits about 8-10 ft up. It is older wood and starting to rot. I am considering doing parts of the work myself, like the railings, to save money. I am also debating between wood and composite for the long term.
