Is $2,000 to sand, stain, and repair existing deck a fair price?
Project Details
Townhome deck that is approximately 30 years old. I am concerned about rot at the base of the posts and have received conflicting advice from a structural engineer friend and a contractor. I have recently had other home expenses and am looking for a solution that buys me 3-5 years of time.
