Is $900 to get a new site plan drawing a fair price?

I am replacing/rebuilding a deck I removed a couple years ago. I already have a set of stamped drawings, but the county says that I also need to submit a site plan. The new deck is going to be the same exact dimensions as it was before, and the new construction will be brought up to code (previous deck was not). I am questioning if it is unreasonable for them to ask for a new site plan and if the quoted price seems high for such a drawing.
