Is $27,120 to demolish and build new elevated pressure treated deck with extension and stairs a fair price?
Project Details
I recently purchased this home and am very new to home improvement projects. The current deck's wood is rotting, and the support posts are in terrible shape, making it unsafe based on inspector feedback. I'm seeing mixed opinions on what the cost per square footage should be, and my initial reaction is that this seems on the higher side, especially for standard pressure treated lumber. I have no prior experience with something like this.
