Is $30,500 to build a new entry-level Trex Enhance deck a fair price?

Project Details

I'm trying to get an idea of deck pricing and if it's even an option. I'm having some sticker shock from the first quote I received and am trying to see if I should keep searching or give up now. My project sounds similar to another user's, but theirs was $10k cheaper, so I might keep looking.
