Is $550 to replace two 6ft overlap fence panels a fair price?

Project Details

Next door said he had a mate who could do fence panels, and I agreed because I was mega stressed at work. He's not hidden the cost, but I'm thinking £550 for South East England is still high. My wife thinks the panels are the same ones as in B&Q at £32 each.
