Is $1,000 to perform a land survey for a 0.3 acre lot a fair price?
Project Details
I am wanting to put a fence up in my backyard and was told I would need to get a survey done first. Googled what a survey should cost and AI told me $500. I understand that this specialty work, but it just seems absurd to pay $1000 just to be able to put up a fence. The lot is only .3 of an acre.
